The Delivery Associate Team Lead is responsible for leading and supervising the Delivery Associate team, ensuring smooth daily delivery operations, achieving performance targets, and maintaining high service quality. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery activities and overall team performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Follow up on shipment status and ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Handle operational issues, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Support Delivery Associates in achieving their performance targets.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend effective solutions.
