Job Requirements

• Graduates are welcome to apply.
• English level: B1 or above.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Front Office, Retail, or a related field.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts when required.

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Outsourced contract with NOK Human Capital.
• Locations: Cairo, Alexandria, Delta & Upper Egypt.
• Working Hours: 8 working hours per day.
• Working Days: 6 working days + 1 day off.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts, including morning and night shifts, for B.Tech employees.
