: Change Management Coordinator

 Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Change Management Coordinator to support the review, coordination, and implementation of change requests across engineering and operational teams. The role will focus on process improvement, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and ensuring changes are evaluated and completed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and track change requests against existing standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and approve changes.
  • Manage change-management tools, trackers, and documentation.
  • Schedule and facilitate regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Analyse operational data to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Support cost-reduction, standardisation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates on change activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in change management, project coordination, program management, or engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or operational environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data tools is an advantage.
