Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Configuration Intake Specialist to support the launch of new fulfillment and logistics sites across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey, and other regional markets. The role is responsible for managing configuration intake workflows, coordinating requests, tracking progress, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the site launch process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end configuration intake workflows for new site launches, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Receive, review, prioritize, and route configuration requests through internal workflow management systems.
  • Manage intake tickets from submission through resolution while maintaining clear documentation and SLA compliance.
  • Track ticket progress, risks, blockers, and outstanding actions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical workflow improvements.
  • Escalate risks and operational issues proactively with clear supporting information.
  • Support additional projects as the launch pipeline and operational requirements expand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in configuration management, operations, service delivery, project coordination, or intake workflows.
  • Experience using ticketing or IT service management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote or fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Willingness to use AI-assisted tools and workflow automation solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to fulfillment center launches, warehouse configuration, or logistics network setup.
  • Experience working in rapidly changing or ambiguous operational environments.
  • Experience preparing or maintaining standard operating procedures and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics network structures.
  • Experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
