Wholesale Sales Supervisor
Location: [ Cairo - Giza ]
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Wholesale Sales Supervisor to oversee wholesale sales operations, manage the sales team, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure the achievement of sales and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the wholesale sales team to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure effective coverage of assigned territories and customer outlets.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
- Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in wholesale sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
