Job Summary:

NOK HC is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development professional to grow our client base in the GCC and Egyptian markets. The ideal candidate will lead strategic outreach, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out strategic plans to expand the client base in GCC and Egyptian markets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients through remote communication channels (calls, emails, online meetings, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in various industries.
  • Prepare clear, customized proposals, presentations, and responses aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful service delivery.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to senior management.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle pricing and contract negotiations to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Demonstrate a strong personality with the ability to make confident, timely decisions and take full ownership of responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven business development experience, ideally in HR or outsourcing.
  • Knowledge of GCC and Egyptian markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, decision-making mindset.
  • Skilled in proposals and presentations.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
