Personal Assistant to Chief Hospitality Officer

๐‰๐จ๐› ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide full executive and administrative support to the Chief Hospitality Officer. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and capable of managing a wide range of tasks in a high-level hospitality environment.

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Organize internal and external communication on behalf of the CHO, ensuring discretion and professionalism.
Prepare reports, agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for key meetings.
Liaise with internal departments, executive teams, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Accompany the CHO in business meetings and trips when required.
Ensure smooth execution of daily operational and administrative needs.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry or with 5-star international hotel chains.

Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital ecosystem tools
