Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Generalist to support and manage key HR functions, including Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in HR operations and be capable of handling employee-related matters efficiently.

The role is based in Nasr City and will require occasional visits to the company's factory in 10th of Ramadan City, as well as different branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Personnel activities and employee documentation.
• Support payroll-related activities and ensure accurate employee data.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Follow up on employee attendance and related HR procedures.
• Support the implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide appropriate HR support.
• Coordinate with different branches and the factory when required.
• Ensure proper compliance with company procedures and applicable labor requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Previous experience in Personnel, Payroll, and Recruitment is required.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employee documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness and flexibility to visit the factory in 10th of Ramadan and different branches.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided for required visits through either:

• Company transportation/car, or
• Transportation allowance.
