Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in specialty coffee, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of every beverage served.
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
• Follow food safety and health regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Males only.
• Graduates only.
• Age: 22–35 years.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in Specialty Coffee.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing techniques.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
