Job Summary

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to support sales activities, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with industrial clients. The successful candidate will combine technical knowledge with commercial skills to prepare proposals, understand customer requirements, and contribute to achieving sales targets within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Follow up on sales leads, opportunities, and customer inquiries.
• Support the achievement of assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events when required.

Technical & Commercial Support

• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and commercial teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry through final delivery.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new opportunities.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Power or Production).

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Up to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within industrial sectors.
• Experience in Steel Fabrication, Oil & Gas Services, Heavy Industrial Suppliers, or related fields is considered an advantage.
