NOK Human capital is hiring "Talent Acquisition Section Head" for one of the biggest Companies in the FMCG sector, supplying agricultural commodities across the Middle East and North Africa.
Location:New Cairo
Job Scope:
-Oversee the talent acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance
management.
-Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
-Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational
goals.
-Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future hiring needs.
-Analyse and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-Partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify specific hiring requirements and
develop tailored recruitment plans.
-Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding talent acquisition matters.
-Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
-Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the team's capabilities.
Skills and Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
2. Experience: 10- 12 years in compensation and benefits roles, with supervisory experience
preferred.
-FMCG background is a must
3. Knowledge: Strong understanding Interviews and assessments methodologies
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decision-making.
