Warehouse Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Leader to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, manage a team of warehouse staff, and maintain high standards of inventory control and workplace safety.

Job Responsibilities

· Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control
· Plan and coordinate workloads for warehouse staff to meet operational goals
· Ensure proper stock rotation and maintain accurate inventory records
· Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
· Enforce health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment
· Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
· Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other internal teams to improve workflow
· Train, evaluate, and coach warehouse team members

Key Requirements
· Bachelors degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred

• 5-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  

Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification is a plus
  
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  
• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices or Six Sigma methodologies
  

Working Conditions

• Full-time, on-site role
  
• Physical activity required, including lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
