NOK Facilities is looking for a talented "Company Lawyer" located in Heliopolis.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Company Lawyer to oversee and manage all legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while protecting the company's interests. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, providing expert advice and mitigating risks in alignment with the companys objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

.Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a broad range of corporate issues.

.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

.Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

.Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations as required.

.Manage intellectual property rights, licensing agreements, and trademarks.

.Oversee risk management activities, identifying and mitigating potential liabilities.

.Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities when necessary.

.Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting the company.

.Provide training to staff on legal topics, ensuring awareness and adherence to regulations.

Requirements:

.Bachelors degree in Law.

.Active membership in the Egyptian National Bar Association.

years of experience as a corporate lawyer or in a similar role.

.1 year of proven experience with corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiation.
