NOK Human Capital is hiring a "Product owner" for one of the biggest global banks
Located:New Cairo-Mohandseen
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Planning: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
-Prioritization: Prioritize features and tasks to maximize value and meet deadlines.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and feedback.
-Backlog Management: Create and maintain actionable user stories and an organized product backlog.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Experience: 2-5 years as a Product Owner or similar role with proven product lifecycle management.
-Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
-Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
-Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and delivering value-driven features.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Banking Sector background.
-Bachelors degree in a related field.
-Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., CSPO).
-Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
-Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.
