Job Summary
As a Senior Software Tester, you will take ownership of quality assurance processes, define testing strategies, and ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products. You will lead testing activities, mentor junior testers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Job Responsibilities
Testing Leadership: Lead and manage testing activities across multiple projects.
Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior testers, providing technical and process support.
Defect Management: Track and manage defects to resolution and ensure quality standards.
Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and advocate for quality improvements.

Key Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 6-10 years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record in leading QA efforts.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in manual and automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or Postman.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing.
Certifications: ISTQB or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
