HR Generalist - GTO Q125

 Job Description:

*Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring processes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.

- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and ensure policy compliance.

- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and oversee performance reviews.

- Training & Development: Identify training needs and support career growth initiatives.

- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to Egyptian labour laws and update company policies.

- General Support: Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with teams as needed.

*Qualifications & Skills:

- Fluent in English and Arabic is a must.

- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with remote or international teams.

- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour laws.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & HR software.

- Preferred: Experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service industries.
