We are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist specialized in white collars (Tech. & non Tech.) positions to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
-Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
-Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
-1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, Specially in white-collar positions.
-GCC Exposure will be a great plus
-Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
-Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
