Job Summary

Our client in the UAEs financial sector is looking for a Scrum Master to coach and facilitate Agile practices across teams. This role supports the organization's digital transformation through Agile maturity and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and Agile ceremonies across squads.
• Track progress and performance using Agile metrics.
• Support Agile Coaches and report platform-wide metrics.
• Act as a liaison between squads and stakeholders.
• Promote Jira adoption and data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 years in technology or digital organizations.
• Skills: Agile frameworks, stakeholder engagement, data analysis.
• Certifications: Scrum, SAFe, DAD, PMP, or equivalent.
