Job Description:

-Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and

performance.

-Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for development within teams or individuals.

-Oversee the creation of learning materials, courses, and workshops tailored to specific skills or

organizational needs.

-Manage succession planning, ensuring that there is a clear path for internal promotions and

leadership development.

Job qualification:

-Strong leadership skills to guide employees and teams

through development opportunities.

-Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively deliver

training and interact with employees.

-Minimum 7 years of experience in L&D Field
