Arabic and Bilingual Customer Service Associate job details:

Rotational shifts, 5 working days and 2 days off (No fixed days schedule is provided weekly or bi-weekly).

8 working hours, 7 productive and 1 hour break.

Ability to use the PC along with its accessories (Screen, keyboard, mouse, and headset) without any external aid.

Ability to work from site, our location is in the 5th Settlement, beside Cairo Festival City Mall. We are one of the companies among the Business Park Cairo Festival corporates complex.

Transportation is provided from 7 pm to 7 am, for males the nearest pick up and drop off points, and for females its provided door to door. From 8 am to 6 pm, shuttle busses are provided 2 ways to transport employees from and to N Teseen St. & our premises to be able to obtain an alternative transportation.

Disabilities that we can accommodate and more likely to include: locomotive disability, skin condition, dwarfism syndrome, Muscular Dystrophy and hand disabilities with the condition of having one functioning hand.

Good to V. Good English Language level.

Salary: Arabic account: EGP 9030 gross salary Bilingual account: EGP 14335 gross salary.
