NOK Human Capital is hiring "Customer Service Agents - Outbound Voice/ Email" for IntouchCX, a global BPO leader in customer support industry.

Job Objective/Responsiblities:

The Conservice Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for calling individuals to set up new service or move over their utilities to Conservice. They are also responsible for data entry and processing customer information accurately, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Job Requirements:

1) Must have previous experience in customer service

2) Very good English level

3) High typing skills
