NOK Human Capital is hiring a talented "CEO Personal Assistant" for a well known Business and services consultancy specialized in PWD Services located in Maadi.
Job Description:
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments in a way that maximizes their time and productivity.
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare presentations and other materials for the CEO to use in meetings and other events.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, visas, and ground transportation.
Act as a gatekeeper, filtering incoming requests and information to ensure that the CEO's time is used efficiently.
Support the CEO's strategic initiatives by conducting research, developing new programs, and preparing for board meetings.
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Develops Filling system hard copy and soft copies
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Taking meeting minutes
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Follows up pending subjects & report the feedback.
Job Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience in an executive assistant role, Personal Assistant or similar
role .
Excellent written and verbal English Language
