NOK Human Capital is hiring "Change Coordinator" for one of the biggest e-commerce companies in the market.

Location:New Cairo

The company is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Change Coordinator in the EMEA Change Management team within the Engineering Services organization to play a critical role in managing changes from sites in MENA region. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, highly motivated individual and have a strong level of ownership. This individual will report within EMEA Change Management team.

The key metrics this role influences are Savings (standards) or Cost Avoidance, SLAs and process Metrics, Defect and quality metrics (Variance from standards), Time and efficiency savings, people metrics

Responsibilities:

    • Review new change requests from corporate and site stakeholders against existing standards
    • Participate in process improvement projects and the development of new tools/mechanisms to better support the business
    • Identify process defects through stakeholder feedback and audits. Facilitate cross-functional mechanisms to minimize defects in a measurable way
    • Work with GES and partner Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities, through processes to evaluate change requests, and facilitate lessons learnt from changes at a network level
    • Schedule and moderate multiple weekly standing meetings with internal teams to obtain or share information and approve changes; coordinate information between various teams in the organization

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Operations, Business or related field (non-IT)
  • Previous experience in similar role (3+ years of professional non-internship experience)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools (particularly MS Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and with a strong attention to detail.
