 Job Description:

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and business growth? NOK Human Capital is looking for a Senior Business Development expert to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement effective cross-selling & up-selling strategies.
-Identify and generate new business leads, create tailored proposals, and manage client agreements.
-Research and explore new business opportunities and potential income streams.
-Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
-Attend networking events to connect with potential clients and strategic sourcing channels.
-Possess a deep understanding of business services and value propositions to drive sales growth.

What Were Looking For:

-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development, preferably in HRO and/or Training sectors.
-Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and accounts efficiently.
-Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Owning a car is a must.
