Communication Lead

NOK Human Capital is hiring "Communication Lead" for a very well-known multinational company specialized in fertilizers.

We are seeking an experienced communication professional to develop and execute

strategic internal and external communication plans. They will oversee all media relations, employee

engagement, marketing initiatives and brand management activities.

Job Description:

Develop and implement communication strategies, plans and editorial calendars aligned with business objectives.

Manage internal communication channels like intranet, newsletters, town halls to keep employees informed and engaged.

Oversee external communication including social media, press releases, media relations, website and marketing materials.

Develop messaging and content for key initiatives like product launches, crisis communication, and executive communication.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, and industrial influencers.

Track metrics and create reports to evaluate communication performance against goals.

Manage communications budget and external vendor/agency relationship.

Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all channels and materials to stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging corporate communications strategies.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, PR, Marketing or related field.

Minimum 7 years of communication experience, preferably in corporate setting.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication campaigns.

Strong knowledge of digital/social media platforms and analytics.

Deep understanding of communications principles and best practices.

Understanding of media relations and crisis communications.

Creative thinking and storytelling abilities.

Proficiency with communications tools and technologies.
