Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary and highly strategic Sales Director to lead and expand our clients sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping the sales strategy, and leading high-performing teams across regions or business units. This role is perfect for a commercially-savvy leader with a proven track record in B2B or B2C markets.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/national sales teams to consistently achieve or exceed KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow market share.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize go-to-market plans.
- Manage large accounts, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Forecast sales performance, manage budgets, and report regularly to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain a strong sales culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer excellence.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strong advantage.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams across diverse industries (e.g., FMCG, retail, industrial, tech).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support teams and clients.
