As we continue to grow our Legal & Governmental Affairs Division, were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

Role Overview

As a Governmental Affairs Specialist, you will serve as the primary liaison between NOK Human Capital and governmental or legal entities in KSA and the UAE. You will be responsible for managing regulatory processes, vendor contracts (non-client), licensing, visa processing, and compliance with labor laws to ensure seamless cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee governmental and regulatory affairs in KSA and UAE

  • Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors

  • Handle the application and renewal of licenses (e.g., Balady, Civil Defense)

  • Manage visa applications through platforms such as Enjaz, MOFA, and related systems

  • Liaise with government agencies such as MOCI, MHRSD, MISA, GOSI, SEC

  • Operate and manage portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, Ajeer, and Morror

  • Ensure full compliance with KSA labor laws and expatriate mobilization procedures

  • Support legal documentation and operations across our international partnerships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in governmental affairs or expat mobilization in KSA

  • Solid knowledge of Saudi immigration laws and compliance regulations

  • Proficiency in using government systems such as Qiwa, Enjaz, MOFA, etc.

  • Strong coordination and communication skills

  • Background in HR solutions or recruitment is a plus

  • Willingness to travel frequently to KSA and UAE
