NOK HC is seeking a talented Senior Regional Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Industry Background) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

-Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and

Professional networks.

-Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications.

-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.

-Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.

-Fluent English level.

-3 - 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, especially in Tech. positions.

-GCC Exposure is preferred.

-Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

-Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
