We are seeking Turkish-speaking motivated professionals to join our retail account team in Cairo. This role focuses on managing tier 2 and 3 vendor relationships, driving operational excellence, and expanding product selection across multiple Middle East markets.

Position Details

* Role: Turkish Associate Retail Account Manager

* Location: New Cairo, Cairo

* Contract: 12 months (renewable)

Core Responsibilities

* Resolve buy-ability defects and ensure items remain live on site

* Identify, prospect, and onboard new vendors; qualify leads via cold outreach and industry events

* Manage day-to-day transactions for existing vendors across Egypt, KSA, and UAE

* Improve vendor terms, source promotional opportunities, and grow overall business at scale

* Coordinate with cross-category teams to enhance vendor-management processes

* Own vendor communications (email/calls) and promote vendor self-sufficiency

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)

* 13 years experience in account management, retail operations, or e-commerce

* Proficiency with standard account-management software and reporting tools

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish

* Proven analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in RBS, MLH, or agencies supporting e-commerce vendors
