Regional Business development manager

NOK Human Capital is hiring a talented “Regional Business Development Manager” with experience in global markets, Preferably in KSA.

-Location: Maadi.

Job Description:

• Develop growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a leader in same field.

• HR Services back ground is a must.

• Advanced spoken & written English level.

• Proven experience in agreements pricing. 

• Experienced in CRM.

• Must be flexible with travelling outside Egypt.
