NOK Human Capital is hiring Enterprise technical support for a well-known Internet and Network Solutions Service provider based in Egypt.

Work Module: Remotely

Job description:

-Provide the front-line support for enterprise customers By taking the first call from Enterprise client and the mail, investigating the issue and solving it.

-Breakdown customers complex requests, distribute it to other departments

-Trouble shooting customers physical and logical problems

Investigating the issue, physically and logically, solve the issue or raise a case, follow up with technician team

-Covering other teams at night shifts.

-Monitoring different types of transmissions.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in communication engineering/ computer science

- CCNA & JNCIA certified

- CCNP is a plus

- 0-1 year of experience

-Excellent English Level
