Talent Sourcer

NOK is hiring a "Talent Sourcer" for a well-known telecom company based in KSA,

Located in Zahraa el Maadi

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Using various channels to source for Saudi Arabian candidates.

* Partner with Hiring Managers with regards to staffing needs.

* Determine selection criteria with Line Managers.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

* Source potential candidates through online and offline channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks, job boards)

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor degree

* Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for at least 3 years

* Experience in KSA market is a must

* Proficiency in MS Office.

* Ability to maintain a candidate database for instant access to applicants when new positions open.
