Recruitment Manager - KSA

NOK is hiring a Saudi Arabian "Recruitment Manager for a Business Consulting and Services company located in Riyadh, KSA

Key Job Responsibilities:

* Responsible for candidate generation through a variety of mediums including internet research beyond the traditional resume sites.

* Responsible for partnering with Recruiters, Government platforms and Recruitment consultancies to find candidates for a wide variety of positions throughout the organization.

* Identified and evaluated sourcing strategies and techniques for designated markets, and attended career fairs.

* Created sourcing, professional screening, and pipeline development.

* Responsible for building an ongoing candidate pipeline using research, networking events, and database information.

* Represented the Company at local and regional career fairs for professional organizations as well as colleges and universities.

Job Requirements: 

* Bachelors degree in human resources management or related fields.

* At least 3 years of experience as a Sourcer, recruiting agent, or related roles.

* Proficiency in MS Office.

* Ability to maintain a candidate database for instant access to applicants when new positions open.
