HR Assistant Manager

Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager will support the HR Manager in implementing the organization's HR strategy and managing daily HR operations. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, policy implementation, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and annual operational plans.
- Oversee recruitment activities, workforce planning, onboarding, and recruitment KPIs.
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, workplace issues, and disciplinary investigations professionally.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external development programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and monitor attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Prepare and review HR reports, dashboards, and performance data.
- Support HR systems implementation, process automation, restructuring, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, labor inspections, and HR audits.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an Assistant HR Manager or similar position.
- Previous experience within the fast-food, food and beverage, hospitality, or retail industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR policies.
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate with department heads.
- Good computer skills and experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
The position requires 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fast-food industry.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site position in Nasr City.
- Eight working hours with two days off.
- Availability by phone when required.
- Occasional business travel may be required
