The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project plans, tracking deliverables, preparing progress reports, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and following up on requirements.

Prepare project status reports, progress trackers, presentations, and performance updates.

Organize project meetings, document action points, and ensure timely follow-up.

Identify potential project risks, delays, and operational challenges, and coordinate corrective actions.

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role.

Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
