Job Summary

NOK Facilities is seeking an entry-level Inventory Controller based in Heliopolis, Cairo, to support inventory tracking, maintain accurate stock records, and assist with inventory checks through office work and site visits. Fresh graduates are welcome, and no previous experience is required.

Job Responsibilities

The requisition does not include responsibilities. The following are proposed for the role:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Assist with physical stock counts at assigned sites.
• Compare physical inventory with recorded balances and report discrepancies.
• Update inventory spreadsheets and prepare stock reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Organize inventory documents and supporting records.
• Coordinate with accounting and site teams to verify inventory movements.
• Follow company procedures for inventory control and documentation.

Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• No previous experience is required.

Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
