Visa Sales Representative – WVG Group

-Location: Al-Zeini Maadi Tower, Maadi

-Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

-Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed Shift)

-1 Day off

Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Client Consultation.

-Bachelor's degree is a must.

Age range : 22 to 27

-English proficiency: B2 level or above.

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: EGP 8000– 10000 + commissions

Social / Medical Insurance after 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and company channels.
Introduce and promote the company's visa and tourism services to prospective clients.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable visa solutions and travel packages.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Coordinate with Visa Consultants and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on visa requirements, tourism services, and company offerings.
Prepare quotations and clearly explain service fees, requirements, and procedures.
Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
Ensure a professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
