Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fish feed extrusion machines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine machine inspections and basic maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
• Monitor product quality during production and ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standards
• Execute production line cleaning and sanitation programs according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with Production Engineers and other team members to achieve production objectives and KPIs
• Report operational issues, machine malfunctions, and quality concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate production and machine performance records.
• Adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

Education

• Technical Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.\

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience as an Extruder Technician in feed manufacturing industries.

• Good understanding of extrusion process operations and equipment.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational problems.

التعاون مع مهندسي الإنتاج لتحقيق الخطط والأهداف الإنتاجية

الإبلاغ عن الأعطال والمشكلات التشغيلية والمساهمة في حلها

استيفاء السجلات والتقارير التشغيلية المطلوبة

الالتزام بتطبيق معايير الجودة وسلامة الغذاء والصحة والسلامة المهنية

المؤهل العلمي

دبلوم فني أو مؤهل فني مناسب

الخبرة:

خبرة من سنتين إلى أربع سنوات في العمل كفني إكسترودر في مصانع الأعلاف

المهارات المطلوبة:

معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ومعدات الإكسترودر

القدرة على اكتشاف الأعطال وحل المشكلات التشغيلية

الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومعايير الجودة

القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق

مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير

الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والجودة

القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات
