Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Specialist to support the identification of business opportunities, contribute to achieving business targets, and build strong relationships with potential clients across Egypt and the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development activities and identify potential business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and stakeholders.
• Support the achievement of KPIs and business development targets.
• Follow up with prospects and potential clients throughout the business development process.
• Contribute to expanding the company's client base across Egypt and the GCC.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth follow-up and execution of business opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up on leads, opportunities, and business development activities.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment.
• Willingness to work with clients across Egypt and the GCC.
