Job Summary
Our client is a leading automotive dealership based in Egypt and operating through a multi-branch sales and service network. The Marketing Manager will lead the full marketing function, strengthen brand presence, generate qualified showroom and digital traffic, and convert demand into vehicle sales and aftersales revenue. The role owns marketing strategy, budgets, agency relationships, performance reporting, and alignment with the brand principal or regional office.
Job Responsibilities
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans by brand, model, and branch, aligned with sales forecasts, inventory availability, market seasonality, and product-launch calendars.
Translate unit sales, market-share, and aftersales targets into clear campaign objectives, channel plans, budgets, and performance indicators.
Act as the primary marketing contact with the brand principal or regional office and ensure compliance with corporate identity and communication guidelines.
Localize regional and global campaigns for the Egyptian market, including Arabic messaging, pricing communication, promotional offers, and co-op fund documentation.
Lead digital and performance marketing across the website, SEO/SEM, Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, automotive portals, and other relevant channels.
Own the lead funnel from acquisition and distribution through follow-up, test-drive booking, order, and delivery, in close coordination with Sales and CRM teams.
Plan and execute model launches, retail campaigns, showroom activations, test-drive events, exhibitions, influencer partnerships, PR, and media relations.
Develop campaigns that support service retention, workshop utilization, genuine parts, service packages, warranties, accessories, trade-in, and customer loyalty.
Monitor competitor pricing, offers, launches, market share, and customer trends using internal sales data, AMIC data, and digital analytics.
Prepare monthly performance reports covering spend, qualified leads, cost per lead, conversion, showroom traffic, campaign ROI, and market share.
Build and control the marketing budget; manage agencies and suppliers; negotiate rates; and ensure procurement, invoicing, and audit compliance.
Recruit, coach, and manage the marketing team while building effective relationships with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Branch Management.
Ensure advertising, pricing claims, customer data, and promotional activities comply with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection, data-protection, and media regulations.
Key Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
MBA or a professional marketing qualification is a strong advantage.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, including solid managerial responsibility.
Substantial experience in automotive dealerships, distributors, agents, or OEMs is strongly preferred; comparable high-value, showroom-based, lead-driven retail experience may be considered.
Proven experience managing a full marketing budget, leading a team, and delivering measurable lead-generation and sales-conversion results.
Experience working with international brand principals, corporate identity standards, agencies, media, portals, and content creators is preferred.
Skills
Strong command of performance marketing tools, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads.
Good knowledge of CRM systems, lead-management workflows, reporting dashboards, and dealer management systems; DMS experience is an advantage.
Advanced budgeting, media planning, ROI analysis, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian automotive market, customer financing behavior, trade-in dynamics, pricing, and competitor activity.
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation ability, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to perform under changing stock and pricing conditions.
Native Arabic with strong local messaging judgment and fluent written and spoken English.
Certifications
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, CRM, or brand management are an advantage.
