Role Overview:
Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage recruitment for both tech and non-tech white-collar roles. The focus is on specialized hiring, (excluding blue-collar and mass hiring). Partnering with managers and using modern tools to attract top talent across the region.
Location: Zahraa El-Maadi
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Identify and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer and onboarding.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in technical roles.
- GCC market exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
