Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead daily coffee operations, ensure the highest beverage quality, and support the development of the barista team. The ideal candidate is passionate about specialty coffee, has strong leadership skills, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the barista team during daily operations.
• Ensure all beverages meet specialty coffee quality standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate baristas to improve performance.
• Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and coffee equipment.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Support scheduling and daily workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in beverage quality and team performance.

Requirements

• Males only.
• Graduates only.
• Age: 22–35 years.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience in Specialty Coffee.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of espresso extraction, brewing methods, and coffee quality standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
