Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations within a confectionery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in food/confectionery production and proven ability to manage production plans, teams, processes, and daily manufacturing operations.

Candidates with previous experience as a Production Hall Supervisor (مشرف صالة إنتاج) and experience in candy, chewing gum, and toffee production are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities.
• Prepare and manage production plans according to business requirements.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Supervise production teams and monitor daily performance.
• Manage production processes within the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor production output, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Identify production issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor raw material usage and minimize production waste.
• Prepare and review production reports and operational KPIs.
• Continuously improve production processes and overall efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant production experience.
• Previous experience in confectionery or food production is a MUST.
• Strong hands-on experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing production teams and operations.
• Proven ability to prepare and manage production plans.
• Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in candy, chewing gum, and toffee production is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Production Hall Supervisor / مشرف صالة إنتاج is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
