 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, washing, portioning ingredients).

  • Prepare simple dishes under supervision.

  • Ensure all food items are stored properly according to food safety standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

  • Support in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.

  • Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.

  • Assist in dish plating and presentation when required.

  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or relevant culinary training preferred.

  • 1 years of experience in a kitchen environment (restaurants, hotels, catering, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
