Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, washing, portioning ingredients).

Prepare simple dishes under supervision.

Ensure all food items are stored properly according to food safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.

Support in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.

Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Assist in dish plating and presentation when required.

Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or relevant culinary training preferred.
- 1 years of experience in a kitchen environment (restaurants, hotels, catering, etc.).

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
-
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
