B2B Sales Rep
Job Description:
NOK Human Capital is seeking a results-driven Senior B2B Sales Representative to acquire corporate clients with vehicle fleets and build long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Meet with fleet managers, business owners, procurement, and operations teams
- Present fleet maintenance solutions and prepare commercial proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
- Build strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B, corporate, field sales, or business development
- Proven experience in client acquisition, negotiation, and contract closing
- Experience in automotive services, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or industrial services is preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working 80% in the field
- Valid driving licence is highly preferred
- Good command of English and fluent Arabic
