B2B Sales Rep

 Job Description:

NOK Human Capital is seeking a results-driven Senior B2B Sales Representative to acquire corporate clients with vehicle fleets and build long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Meet with fleet managers, business owners, procurement, and operations teams
  • Present fleet maintenance solutions and prepare commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients

Requirements:

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B, corporate, field sales, or business development
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, negotiation, and contract closing
  • Experience in automotive services, fleet management, logistics, transportation, or industrial services is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working 80% in the field
  • Valid driving licence is highly preferred
  • Good command of English and fluent Arabic
