Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer to lead and oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of telecommunications systems. The role involves managing telecom infrastructure and ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and in compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of telecommunications systems.
• Manage fiber optic networks, structured cabling, telephone systems, data networks, and communication infrastructure.
• Review and evaluate telecom drawings, technical specifications, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, IT, Network, and Testing & Commissioning teams to ensure effective project execution.
• Supervise telecom installation activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, system integration, and overall telecom system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunications and communication systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of telecom works.
• Maintain and review technical documentation, testing reports, and as-built drawings.
• Lead and supervise the telecom team, ensuring the timely completion of all telecom works in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
