Graphic Designer
Role Purpose
Own Elfaleh's visual output across digital and print, from fast-turnaround social media assets to print-ready production files. Apply strong design expertise and modern creative workflows to deliver high-quality, brand-consistent work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging digital assets including social media posts, stories, paid ads, campaign visuals, and other marketing materials, with fast turnaround and multiple versions as required.
- Develop print-ready materials including brochures, flyers, signage, packaging, roll-ups, and large-format applications, ensuring accurate file setup, CMYK color, bleed, dielines, and export specifications.
- Coordinate with printing suppliers on quotations, artwork proofing, color checks, production follow-up, and quality control.
- Maintain and evolve Elfaleh's brand identity system, including brand guidelines, templates, and an organized, accessible asset library for the marketing team.
- Design presentation decks, pitch materials, internal communications, and corporate visual assets.
- Support basic motion design requirements such as simple social animations, video trims, captions, and other lightweight motion assets, while collaborating closely with the Motion Designer on larger multimedia projects.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to improve productivity across concept development, mockups, image generation, and image enhancement while ensuring all outputs remain aligned with brand standards.
- Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail, quality control, and visual consistency across all deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both digital campaign work and print production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic motion design and animation.
- Strong understanding of print production workflows, including color management, pre-press preparation, artwork setup, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent knowledge of social media design formats, specifications, and best practices, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently across multiple versions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for image generation, enhancement, ideation, and mockups is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple briefs, prioritize competing deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- High attention to detail and a strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual consistency.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of creative output.
