# *Job Summary*

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical *Junior Merchandiser/Business Analyst* to support the Merchandise & Planning team. The role is responsible for developing management and exception reports, building and maintaining merchandise databases using SQL and Oracle TOAD, supporting OTB updates, and providing business intelligence solutions to improve Oracle system performance and assist merchandising operations.

# *Key Responsibilities*

* Develop and maintain management reports in a clear and presentable format according to business requirements.

* Develop, automate, and maintain recurring performance metrics and reports.

* Produce simple to moderate reports independently and accurately.

* Develop ad hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements.

* Proactively collect and analyze data to support standardized internal performance reporting.

* Build and maintain merchandise databases using SQL and Oracle TOAD.

* Gather historical information from available data sources and organize it in a precise and accessible format.

* Extract merchandising-related data from databases using SQL and Oracle TOAD.

* Maintain merchandising data in well-organized and easy-to-read Excel files.

* Provide merchandising-related information and exception reports to support the Merchandise & Planning teams.

* Assist with gathering and updating information related to OTB sheets.

* Consolidate merchandising requirements and information for management.

* Generate exception reports for the merchandising team through Oracle TOAD.

* Support the optimization and streamlining of the Oracle system by providing business intelligence solutions.

* Ensure data validity and accuracy across reports and databases.

* Produce regular reports including stock ageing, sales and margin, sales ageing, and intake tracker reports.

# *Qualifications*

### *Education*

* Diploma in Microsoft Office.

* Diploma in SQL Query.

* Diploma in Information Technology is desirable.

### *Experience*

* *3 years of experience in Microsoft Excel.*

* *2 years of experience in SQL.*

* Experience with Visual Basic is desirable.

* Experience with Java and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

* Hands-on knowledge of Oracle TOAD.
