Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality throughout production processes.
• Conduct sampling and testing for raw materials and finished products.
• Perform physical tests such as PDI, sieve tests, floating/sinking tests, and stability tests.
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling, printing, and product specifications.
• Monitor production lines, storage conditions, and contamination prevention measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Investigate non-conformities and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, and Purchasing departments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or related field.
• Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• متابعة جودة المنتجات أثناء جميع مراحل الإنتاج.
• سحب العينات وإجراء الاختبارات للمواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية.
• تنفيذ الاختبارات الفيزيائية مثل اختبارات الغربلة والجودة والثبات والطافي/الغاطس.
• التأكد من صحة التعبئة والتغليف والبيانات والملصقات والطباعة.
• متابعة خطوط الإنتاج وظروف التخزين ومنع التلوث المتبادل.
• إعداد التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية الخاصة بالجودة.
• متابعة حالات عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
• التنسيق مع أقسام الإنتاج والصيانة والمخازن والسلامة والمشتريات.
• ضمان الالتزام بمعايير وإجراءات الجودة.

المتطلبات:

• حاصل على بكالوريوس هندسة أو علوم أو تخصص ذي صلة.
• يفضل وجود خبرة في مجال الجودة أو ضبط الجودة.
• مهارات تحليلية وقدرة على حل المشكلات.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل وإعداد التقارير.
• القدرة على العمل بنظام الورديات وتحمل ضغط العمل.
