Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Retail Sales Supervisor to lead and support our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring daily operations, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor daily store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Track sales performance, inventory levels, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and recommend improvement actions.
• Maintain product availability and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales, with at least 2–4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
